We had secured the services of another tree guy to remove our tall, dead pine tree, the second or third tallest tree in the 'hood. My wife requested that he bring his Certif. of Insurance. He never showed up. I called Hayward, they gave an estimate just a bit higher than the other service. On the appointed day, Mr. Hayward and his crew showed up, and laid the tree low in less than an hour. The APS line to our house ran under one of the offending branches, but that was no obstacle. They moved several obstructions in the yard in order to complete the job. Highly recommended! They do good work. If he left a magnet on your door, you likely need his services, and they do good work!

We found this tree removal service on Craigslist and we were totally impressed with their service. We had some dead trees in our yard that had to go before monsoon season, so we gave these guys a call. We had emailed photos of the trees that needed removal and they sent us back an estimate that came in a lot lower than all the others we had found.
The day of the appointment they called to let us know they would arrive in a half hour and they were on time and got to work right away. They took out three very large and very dead trees in an hour and a half, and that included grinding out the stump and cleaning up the yard.
